Today I got to know the reason for No Appraisal and Hike. HR 🤡 mentioned that - "Not completed 12 days Wfo and Mandatory training".
I worked in one implementation for one year it went to Go live successfully and in a support project for 6 months with my max efforts and got released from it in Feb ending due to cost cutting and now currently I'm on bench.
I went to the office for 9 days in Feb and completed all their trainings. But even with my 💯% efforts these clowns mentioned some random bull shit reason for No hike.
WTF are these factors 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮for appraisal???? These Higher management deserves 🙏 to rot in hell
Checked with HR and got reply as I am not eligible for appraisal as I have not completed the mandatory training.

Update : checked with my manager now , she said cg is not providing increment to average/3 rating.

Yes I think, but someone said earlier that they are checking for Feb month.
Strange, even one of my teammate who last went to office in Aug 23 received 7-8% hike. And on top of that, she had not even completed her mandatory trainings!! Life is so unfair.

Man, the same situation with me also for my promotion, some asshole senior management has already decided to give my promotion to some close people. They playing such dirty politics 😒.

If i had put the same effort into my own startup ( even if that startup had no future) I would have earned more money and would be happy
For my case they said there is less than 60 hours of learning. Even though I am tagged one single project from more 2 years and 10 Months. They will keep giving shitty reason. I told them my manager clearly no increment equals to no work So I took the release from the project. I am continuously looking other opportunities outside of CG
