Range of pay for a Salesforce Developer

Hi Everyone, It would be helpful for me and as well as other Salesforce devs to know what is the range of Pay that a Salesforce developer gets across various roles/organization in India.

What should be my expectations be when I will switch from my current org with 5 YOE in salesforce development?
