Randomly allocated to Project without consent.
Hi All,
I need your advice on below situation. I have been released to RMg after a long medical leave. Its been 2.5 months I am looking for a project. Out of nowhere I got a mail stating that I have been given access to certain ODC which belongs to a certain project at powai location and same project is reflecting in my timesheet (SWON) from yesterday. The thing is nothing was discussed with me regarding this project nor I had given consent to join. The project is IT based and I am from LS background also the location is very far which will challenge my ability to travel because of my health condition. Please suggest me what i can do in this situation.
Hey, that's a tough spot. I'd suggest having a candid chat with your manager about your health and skill mismatch. Maybe they can help find a better fit.
I only have mail Id of delivery manager of that project. I have sent him a mail but no response from his side.
