If you were one of the founder of Grapevine, how you would have generated money for grapevine. What are the different paths you will like to explore in order to make grapevine profitable

I would ask the users to either buy a paid membership or i would reveal the names of the users.
Since there are a lot of posts where users have said things about their office that they would otherwise not say, this will generate a good revenue for the app

Add a high class blog section , where real engineers , share real work / articles on tech in depth with real world scenarios. And I would also monetize for hosting hsckathons rtc

Will open a job portal, candidates will have access to salaries and work culture info
Recruiters get a pool of candidates, better referral and skill evaluation stuff
How is this better for recruiters than wellfound and others?

Paid referral system, one on one mentoring, Resume Review, Skill gap analysis, training and development

Premium section for interview preparation.

Add Something along lines of Tinder section

All those that used R1 uploaded their resume and Im assuming most of you did not remove your names or details so now they have a repository of all your resumes which can then be harvested and sold to companies looking to hire.

From the various posts I have seen over like 3 months, this is what I think are the areas that can be monetised/ included for monetising.

Anonymous legal guidance on civil matters
But before all that, speech-to-text LLM-based service should be included in the input. That will enable people to put replies faster. The ideas mentioned above can actually work better if this can be implemented.

Berries could be incentivised for users. Also this portal can be used to share company wise interview / behavioural questions which are commonly asked as per updates in market.
People can form some group and discuss on certain areas they want to.
