Why would someone ask for 6+ yrs of "direct PM experience" for a role, when they themselves joined the same role when they had just <2yrs of the same "direct PM experience"..
Borderline Hypocrisy? Thoughts?
Don't these lead to a lot of levelling/people management/lack of mentorship issues in the future?

Meesho has terrible levelling. They consider consulting experience as relevant experience for PM & Strategy roles, so all this happens :)
