It's popular among small scale startups in Bangalore I guess

I go to wework everyday, it's the best among all co-working options. The ambience is amazing. Once I started going there, I can't imagine myself working from any other co-working though I've tried a bunch of them through myhq app over the years.

Wework India is fine business-wise and I'm sure US one will also be fine once PE buys it out post-bankruptcy and runs it as a sustainable business.

@Tantra the issue will be that they have multi-year leases that they still need to honor So it's questionable whether it's an attractive asset once that is considered.

India business seems better run because Embassy got in early

In case of pure bankruptcy, banks who loaned to wework take the hit. With PE buyout, a portion of bank losses will be offset because highest bidder will win. And PE will also get it cheaply.

They have an office in the entrance of my tech park. Walk past it everyday wondering who's going to buy it up

WeWork India and WeWork US which is going bankrupt are two separate entities. WeWork India is a subsidiary of Embassy group. So it's already bought I guess😅
