Rakuten vs Sharechat

I have received an offer from Rakuten and Sharechat for the position of SSE1 and SDE1 respectively. Both are giving almost same compensation, but ShareChat is giving 20-25lakh of ESOPs on top of it. Which one should I choose? Current designation: SSE(iOS) YoE: 3

Sharechat sucks, no vision no profit and stupid team. Go for rakuten.

Also, ShareChat’s HR has confirmed that there will not be any more layoffs as the company will go public.
