Some corrupt Babu will siphon funds in the name of development. How many people remember that Tejas jetbwas sanctioned for development in 1982?. The kaveri engine for the same was to be delivered in 1987? Just to understand the timeline here, Sachin Tendulkar played his first match in 1989 and has retired. Untill have craddle to grave reservation, our innovation will continue to suffer.
