
Raising Voice against internal politics To CEO . North South politics .
In my project there is a south person currently our Delivery Head . He always exploits north side people . This is known to my team , manager and Hr , even ISU head is aware of this but no one speaks . I am facing this since my joining . Feeling very upset my seeing this in TCS . I want to raise my voice and mail directly to CEO of TCS directly skipping hierarchy.
Because i know if I will follow hierarchy nothing will happen and only I will be get targeted.
Suggest me here !!!
Consider all scenario below -

Only north person are forced to work on weekend, weekdays 24x7(Without any comp off)

Even if I don’t agree to work on weekend he says action will taken against those .

Asking for release . He is saying I will not release people like you .

He pushes all the work to north people only and make sure that south people get all the monetary benefits (highest band , team trips , no work in weekend )
5 . He consider north people like slave .
Etc…..

As per the policy , project manager can not hold person against his will. You can discuss with hr and plan your release . Have a discusiion rhrough hr only and mention the your goals .if they dont listen you. Ask for the deadline.it can be 3-6 months

Previously one of my teammate tried this … HR told to discuss with manager and align as per business requirement

I've seen many Southies working hard af during night shifts, working even on weekends, don't create a barrier as South and North. Try to speak to your Manager regarding your issues at work and sort it with your team.

Southies just show they are working . They don’t work … They start their day at 4 pm and keep on just msging in group till 2 am to show they are working . Creep tricks haha
