Raise 2Office Exception or not?
Hi all,
I am suffering from Facial paralysis from past 4 months. I was tired of mailing the HR for WFH but they didn't reply after 2 months they finally accept my request for 1 month only ( only June ). Now June is over and I am still doing WFH. I doubt if I raise an exception will they accept or not
I have 2 questions 1- should I raise the exception or not ? 2 - will it impact my salary ?

Raise exception , otherwise your salary will be deducted , you facing this issue should not be an excuse for hr to bully you into visiting office . Raise a request at 2Office and provide medical documents in it. Also talk to your manager and get his email or verbal approval as well. Once that raise the request and by experience I can tell you hr will reach out to you automatically because it will be added into their bucket as a task. And they have to complete it anyhow.
