For workplace tension i am barely able to cope up, if I feel exhausted i again say to my manager. And my manager is good enough to understand and let me have my time
Mostly I try to leave that situation or that person as soon as possible becoz I kn, I would say something rude and that will hurt that person badly and this happens with me soo many times. After sometime getting into my senses i revisit the situation think about it then respond and have that conversation.
It’s not that easy to leave the situation or person! But yeah I always go into that vicious cycle of calling out and becoming the villian🤦🏻♀️
