Racism got me laidoff

I worked for a thailand company remotely and recently things took a turn where the management said we don’t want remote employees and only want Thai native speakers.

They were struggling with english already.

I have 6yoe but now i got laid off by them with 2months severance. I am looking for a new remote job but market is dry. I was getting 50L.
