QVP the Duckworth-Lewis of TCS

I received only 26% of actual amount in this quarter, but point is i was receiving full qvp for the first full year. From second year they started deducting the qvp so this calculation is not define any where, unit performance and all is bullshit this is vary for individuals. Fu*k of TATA . Shame on the name of RATAN TATA SIR.

QVA issue arised, due to non-compliance of attendance recorded from HR backend team in 2office app- WFO index, check attendance % for last quarter, if it is less than 100% , then QVA deducted accordingly, take it up with HR
