QVA worst in tcs

2023 April onwards Quarterly variable component worst till now 2023-2024 received 50% only. They are given 2%hike which only 10% of reduced variable component. 2024 april to june quarter received only 18%variable component.i had more than 70% office Attendance .. 2022,2023,2024 every year total income reduced but increase thrle ctc to 2-5%.

Iam suggest dont join in tcs.

Outside tcs is best company but inside tcs is worst org and no professional management especially HR.

Please dont join in tcs later entry

I have maintained RTO 100% but I didn't receive QVA this month, why I don't know, Can any suggestions

I’m upset about the same . I work over time everyday & sometimes work on the weekends too without comp off , since the proj is struggling yet my performance is cut because I have 78% WFO index . Crazy policy yet the TCSers don’t seem to give a damn .

There is no clarity on how the QVA getting calculated, its becaming worst day by day. for last 4/5 quarters not received qva more than 60%

HR will give a standard answer i.e it is dependent on your unit performance and your performance for quarter. If you have an offer that does not include QVP then join without another single thought in mind.

I have been in TCS since 20 yrs and seeing this behaviour of TCS management first time. 1 side they are giving dividends to stakeholders and share buyback but deducting QVA from employees. The last time I saw the QVA deduction was in 2008 during the recession That's also 20-30% max
