What is “100% ad approved by unit (C3A and above grades)? Whar is approved by Unit concept here? Received only 65%, C3A above, WFO 100% complaint.

Exactly, highly doubt any C3A and above for 100%. Even Though 100% compliance QVA is less than 60% only

Approved by Hr from C3A and above will be consider as 100% and from that they giving based on WFO attendance criteria

C3A above grades depends on Unit performance.

If Unit is not performing well then QVA is deducted 30%. Example if your QVA in compensation letter is Rs.10000. and due to Unit performance 30% is deducted. i.e you will receive Rs.7000 this becomes the 100% QVA approved by Unit. Then from Rs.7000 WFO non compliance will be deducted accordingly

Does QVA include Monthly performance pay as well as performance bonus. Comp letter does.not have a specific terms by the name quarterly variable.

If unit is not performing well, then better all to work in profitable unit What the hell employee can do when Sales are taking project with least margin
