QVA in your unit for C3B and C4?
What was your QVA this time? Another good quarter for TCS, but frustrating morning and quarter for C3B and C4. I barely received 40% QVA this time. Last quarter, it was 20%. Just thinking if it has any relation with RTO. TCS is doing quite well as per the media!!
No need to worry about RTO since I was in the office all five days. I work in the AI cloud unit as a C3B employee and received only 45%. Over the last three quarters, it's been 55%, 33%, and now 45%. TCS causes frustration every time we receive our quarterly bonus, impacting productivity for the next one or two days. There's also been no updates on hike letters, which is causing a lot of frustration for C3B and above grade employees. 😕
I really want to reverse the frustration to TCS management side and ignorance (of work) at my side. Totally disgusting and no motivation even to think about login..

Calculate your loss and hike for last year in TCS
*(Hike in InR deducting tax ) - ( loss or performance bonus you did not get) /12 is monthly increment you have got including PF NPS and other deduction.
At least Deduct PF and NPS then that is yours actual hike per month
Be mathematically correct to state that your in loss or in profit being in TCS
It is either negative or flat take-home from the last 3 years, even if you got promotion in between.

I'm from BFSI C3B received 45% QVA. BFSI revenues were in negative numbers. How much is the QVA for C3A and above from manufacturing unit which showed positive results?
