QVA for Q1 FY26 ?

Hi folks, TCS has rolled out the Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA) for Q1 FY26. I’m in C3A grade and got 75% QVA, which seems a bit better than the last quarter. Curious to know how much QVA senior folks (C3A, C3B, C4, and above) received this time? Please share your grade and QVA percentage in the comments so we can get a sense of how the payout looks for senior employees this quarter. Thanks!
