What QVA you received for Q1 2024..

This is without RTO ? What will happen after RTO..

I am C2 or below - Got 100%
I am C2 or below - But got less than 100%
C3 and above - 75 to 100%
C3 and above - 50 to 75%
C3 and above - 40:to 50%
C3 and above - 0 to 40%

C3B ....45% ... Without RTO .. Should i really go to office next quarter to get this 45%

After RTO non compliance there will be more deduction. Assuming there is no component of QVA in our CTC structure.

Yes ..now i consider tcs salary aa without QVA ..then i will be happy every month that i get something extra

Almost 45 percent below C3 level got 100 percent ..that good atleast some one is getting 100 percentage..but remaining 65 getting below 100 percentage..bad
