Jokes apart finance team will have internal reports being generated to tell how much qva would cost to company. Based on the revenue their focus would be keep cost impact minimal.

Check your compensation letter in that there is a Performance Bonus. Divide that by 4 you will get the amount that should be credited every quarter but you only get 100% below C3A 70% C3A and above.

I raised ticket to India payroll and they said as per company policy upto C2 they gave 100% QVA but after C3 onwards plz contact project HR for calculations. I calculated it was less than 50% for last 4 QVA given. QVA is part of our CTC and it is depends upon company and unit performance. Ye kya gaat hai..
