QVA deduction TCS ??

Why is TCS offering additional incentives to Wings 1 and Wings 2 associates when it is unable to provide the standard QVA (Quarterly Variable Allowance) to mid-level associates as per the agreed compensation structure? This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in the current reward and recognition policy.

Something they are doing good and not stopping from us why do you have problem in it? You also clear those Wings exam you'll also get it.

Rest of it, nothing can be expected from TCS management after yesterday's press conference there attitude was so casual regarding hikes so don't keep much expectations from that front.

It's deeply frustrating to see junior associates who joined just a few years back earning more than those of us with significantly more experience and contribution. In my case, a substantial portion of my QVA is consistently being deducted, despite continued efforts and commitment to project delivery.

What’s even more disheartening is that many Wings 1 associates, who contribute little to no value to the actual project work, are receiving incentives and recognition, while those of us keeping the project running are overlooked. This misalignment in rewards and actual contributions reflects poorly on the fairness and logic behind TCS's current incentive structure.

Rewarding individuals who are more focused on their paychecks than the work itself, while neglecting those genuinely driving results, is demotivating and counterproductive.

I agree and it's frustrating for me as well since there so much decline in qva. But, at the same time we had the same opportunity few years back which these associates are getting. So it's right to be frustrated that we're not getting hikes and qva, but we should not be saddened about the other associates getting few opportunities which has been regular practice. I say this because in the Wings program also there are tonnes of scams so it's not easy either.
