
QVA big joke for TCSers
Are you C3 and above ? How much QVA TCS psy above C3 is not at all transparent Irs decided by Unit performance..Unit never disclose QVA they set .
TCS plat with QVA.. even with increment they increase QVA more so effective your salary remain same or increase by penny only
With RTO it become more pathetic.
Better ...Consider QVA not part of your Salary ..start working from Home , enjoy life.. family time .. Save travelling, medical cost ..which become more if you go office then what u get in QVA

I am deeply disappointed with the QVA allocation in TCS over the past years. Despite our hard work and dedication, the organization has been consistently giving only 20% out of the 100% QVA, which is extremely unfair.
This raises serious concerns about employee recognition and motivation. If this continues, it will only lead to dissatisfaction among employees.

There is no transparency on QVA whether they on business unit level or company level . Best was reduce your services to the customer based on your QVA than only they will understand the impact , simple if company want 100% from us they should also deliever 100% , exception if there is global financial slowdown , when business is on down trend

How much is C3A and C3B in your account?

If we do so HR will catch us in appraisal too. And whenever needed they can make it as a compliance issue as well.
