Since they have already delayed the band by so many days, it's obvious that the compensation letter will be delayed as well. In this case will the hiked salary and QVA be given in April month's salary or will it be pushed to May.

QVA - as usual with April paycheck.

Hike - either as an arrear in the month the hike is announced if announced before the 15th, In the month after announcement if announced after the 15th, or in April it self (my HR said the speed portal is not updating, so even if the band is not visible, yours might be declared and will reflect given that your appraisal mail is received this month).
