Highest deduction of QVA, that too over Diwali month, is an open statement by the CEO K Kuttavasan and Milind lakkadbagga that they don't give a fuck about employees.. Those who want to go can go.. Those who stay will face more scrutiny until they give up and leave

Seems it is unit based qva horizontals got the lowest and few units have got upto 50% .. horizontals got rock bottom on top of it they also deduct WFO based cuts...it's almost like everyone been demoted but expected to perform as if they got promoted...all employees are low in morale...I hope this is happening across large IT companies not just TCS ..expecting a turnaround atleast next year...it can get worse if there's further disruption due to Gen AI
