I feel TCS is getting the heat for having so much senior resources. They have to maintain good pay and balance the resource so instead of doing direct removal. They are intentionally doing it to demotivate them and take the frustrated decision to go out. Otherwise RTO was just a excuse
Here elderly people are so much that they might have to coordinate with old age home in near future to get them assistance post retirement. One more business opportunity for TCS 😂
