QVA a big cheat with Mid level employees. Huge dividend are payout but cut in QVA is a big fraud with us. C3A and above getting 20-25% QVA.

I have raised a ticket yesterday asking same question by reopening the ticket that how is tcs making so much profit when business unit performance is that bad.

QVA component should be removed from CTC. This is the only solution now.
