Quitting without a plan

I walking on a tight rope at my work. A place that i don’t like at all. Work is good though, people are not.

I keep considering quitting without a plan because the market isn’t very kind right now.

Has anyone of you (non tech specially) quit without a plan ? What triggered you ? How did it end up ?

There are many threads on here of people quitting without an offer. It’s a common trend these days.

I almost did it like almost but stopped at the last moment.

All the anguish in my heart for the people sided away and I started focusing on my work because I had no other offer.

But I never stopped looking for, these people fill me with hate and rage sometimes so I know I can't stay for long here.

Eventually I'll move out but not without another offer.
