Trending @Accenture; Quitting, need advice.
This was my first job I had never thought it would turn into a night mare, working from 12 to 10:30 without any shift allowance, facing aggression and personal comments about how I am not justifying my 9 hours of billing, being lent over to different projects to look at mundane tasks and being told to complete the work at last hour, if not a long exaggerated mail is sent looping in my senior manager.
Being paid just 21K a month, all I ever received was negative feedback, wanted to change my base location from Pune to Jaipur, submitted all the medical documentation and reason but was told to start working from Pune within 2 months, meanwhile my colleagues who joined with me shifted to a location of convenience even after the location policy being applied, tried to roll off from the project but got a lame reason of you have to be level 11 to roll off from your current project.
Every morning I wake up with fear of what I'll face today, there is no satisfaction, I live away from my parents, even when I take half day off because of being sick I am called on my personal cell to justify my work that I had done in the other half. Will be applying for exit on Monday,
Need advice for notice period as I know they'll make my last months a living hell for me.

We all get it, many of us have faced similar situation at some point in our career, don't loose hope, start preparing and switch whenever job market opens up
People leave bad managers but here this whole organization is full of bad management that leaves us no choice but to move out
I'm an experienced resource I've worked from 11 am to 2 am, many times ive worked over night for the sake of my manager, he used to call directly on my phone in middle of night, i got tired and one fine day i stopped answering his phone calls, in team meetings i just gave my task related updates thats it, no more discussions now he got rolled off and new manager came in and I've kept my stance same, i dont join unnecessary meetings and talk only about my tasks
When i was a fresher my mentor told me that i need to learn to say 'NO', we can't accept everything, we can do whatever is possible within our limits and we should know our limits

The thing is I am the kind of person that says no and they don't like that, so they try to find petty issues, exaggerate them and try to find ways to harm my professional record.

Buddy its alright, life is unfair to most of us. U me others many of us have faced adnd still facing issues.
There are 2 or many ways to fix this. Either overcome the situations by doing something, improvising it, using the mindset to be strong.
Else we can move on and find a different place in life. Don't put notice right away just due to a temporary cause. Take sometime and be free, think sometime, talk with close friends, family try to get some ideas. If you want to go for a job try attending interviews and see how capable you are?. Can you get offer during notice? or do you have any other plans? Etc.
I too thought of putting papers for 6 months but now i got 2 offers within 2 days luck/faith whatever. Life will change for all good luck.
Even if you are sure want to resign first need to talk with your managers and don't forget to drop official mail which will calculate your notice period. And apply in workday for exit
