Quitting microsoft
Before joining Microsoft i was an Android dev. After joining i was asked to work on ios. The team culture over here is not good. I feel it more toxic than my previous company. Now i am not able to decide what to do.
Should i continue here for a year (don't have to pay any relocation cost around 5L), or i should start looking for other companies?
Do work for 1 year atleast. You might even change your mind. Also, don’t go impulsively as you might not find any company paying as much as MS do currently .
They are not paying me well bro. Its same as the last company where i was at a senior position and here im at a normal position.
Plus what i will show on my resume after a year ? I was working on ios with c and c++ ??
Not sure how much time you have spent in your current team.
If it's less than 3 months then at least wait till 3 months.
Then you can also try to switch to another team and/or role.
If that also doesn't work out for you then you can think of switching.

Wait for 1 yr, not only relocation bonus I suppose your stocks will be vested after a year as well.
Change the team internally asap.
