Quitting in a month

I joined a company (company 1) 2 weeks back, and honestly there is no learning here, the team told that it’s a developer role, but even they are doing the admin work, I hold another offer (company 2) and they are ready to hire me. Can I quit from company 1, or will it backfire later after years, What will happen to the pf and stuff ?
