I hate the technology that I work with now and I've been freelancing with the technology that I'm interested in and I make more than my ctc already through this freelance.
Issue is that I need to spend time for my job and freelance while sacrificing my sleep. I've hoped that I'll continue freelancing to the point where I'm able to land a good role in this new domain.
But it's getting incredibly hard at keep doing both and I'm not sure if I'm ready to take the leap and quit my Job to fully dedicate in this domain.
