Quit after being constantly micro managed

Hello GV folks, I am a sales and marketing professional and I recently quit my job without any offers in hand after being constantly micro managed over the last 5-6 months at an MNC. I have been working in SaaS sales for 3 years now. The environment was just so toxic with mass exodus of employees because of restructuring, cost cuts etc. I would highly appreciate if folks can point me on how to go about job search in this difficult market, or towards companies which are hiring. I have a total of 7 years of experience (4 in Solutioning and 3 in sales).
