Performance ratings are finally out-huge milestone! Does anyone know when we can expect the hike letters to be released in wipro? Just curious if there's a standard timeline or if it varies by department. Any insights would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

If you are asking about an appraisal hike, then it should be effective Sept 1st. No matter, when they release your MSI letter. If they announce your % in October, you are likely to get your September increment in October salary as an arrears. This is the best of my knowledge.
