Hi everyone,

I have a quick query — can I register a partnership firm to earn some passive income while continuing my full-time job?

Is it legally allowed in India to do so? Or are there any restrictions I should be aware of?

There is no such restriction..... You can have ownership of a firm and can do jobs at any company.... At the same time.

Remember one thing... You can not receive salary from 2 or more companies that's it. Even tho6you working for two companies on salaries make sure one of them is giving you PF
