Quick help needed. What is MLT certification? Where is it?

I have been asked to provide list of MLT completed. Along with it requires name of certification and header of one column is ‘emerging technologies for enhancing skills’. Where can we see if we have completed any MLT ? Is there any list of MLT training somewhere?
