Quick check: how much are you paying for rent in Whitefield Brookfield and nearby areas?
I've taken a flat on rent but wanted to know what's the general rate? I've searched lot in aecs and brookefield and the general rate came out to be 35-40k for a 2 BHK in independent buildings. This seems too high to me - please add your rent in the comments

Bro brookfield/aecs layout is one of the good areas towars whitefield. 35k - 40k is the normal rent for 2bhk
