Hi I am very new to CTS. Please help me understand how to get allocated to projects easily here. I joined as a lateral hire and now struggling a lot to get a project. My skill set is Core ABAP and BW experience is 4 years.
- How is work life when we join a project is it hectic. Bcoz I was shadowed by my senior in the last org. Now I want to know with my experience will the project expect me to work alone without any support?
2)How often people here get chance to go onsite. Is it only for manager level or do senior associate or associate also go onsite?

I understand I must be working minimum of 24-30 months to be eligible for a promotion. How I am evaluated for the same. Is it only with performance in my project or is it how I build rapport with my HCM , PM, Client and other RTO Stuffs?

Am i eligible for hike on August or I have to complete my 1 year first to be eligible for a hike. If next year what is the average percentage a A level employee in eps sap tech & integration vertical would pay in this market scenario.
I am overwhelmed and so I did ask all that in my mind. Kindly leave your comments below.

Totally depends on the project you're onboarding into.

From SA level (8-10 plus yoe ) you are eligible to go onsite.

Atleast 30 months for a promotion now.

No you will definitely not be eligible for a hike in August.
