Questions Regarding Flexibility & Relocation at Deloitte USI

Hi Everyone,

My wife recently got an offer from Deloitte USI, and we had a few questions regarding flexibility and relocation that we hoped to get some guidance on:

Is it possible to come to the office once a week instead of twice, especially if the team/project allows it?

What are the chances of a long-term Work from Home (WFH) arrangement, particularly after the initial onboarding phase?

How soon can someone request a base location transfer (e.g., from Mumbai to Bangalore or any other city)? Is there a general policy or timeline?

Would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience or can share how flexible the firm is with these requests.
