Question: Will existing UAN cause any problem during TCS BGV?
Hello, I’m 2025 batch I got tcs ninja offer. I didn’t got any joining. My concern is that I created UAN card on Umang App. And UAN number is generated. I don’t have any prior experience. I just made it by myself. Will they reject me? Because I heard that they reject freshers who already have UAN number or existing employees ? Please clarify 🙏
Even if you have previous service history no problem at all, last year I joined tcs having internship experience and my UAN is created but if anyone has pervious experience make sure that you had collected ur experience and relieving letter from your last company.
I don't have any previous internship/ work experience. I have my own ppf account only made in sbi.
Your UAN was generated because you created it yourself through the Umang app. This action simply registers you with the EPFO and doesn't signify any prior employment. The EPFO doesn't check for prior work history before issuing a UAN. Your BGV will focus on verifying your academic credentials and the fact that you have no prior work experience, which is exactly what you stated. So, you have nothing to worry about.
Thanks a lot for the clarification🙏 Actually some peoples told me that during your initial learning program (ilp), Tcs will apply for candidates UAN and during making there shouldn't be any conflict like candidates already registered on UAN. This will cause a negative BGV. So I was worried 😟
