Trending @Accenture; Question: will Accenture give June cycle promotion
I joined Accenture in November 2021 and have a total of 6.5 years of experience, with 3.5 years in the company. My manager had submitted my name for promotion in November, but unfortunately, it was postponed to the June cycle. I’ve been informed that my name has been submitted again under the P1 category. I’m really hoping it goes through this time, but I’m still unsure if it will actually happen☹️.
Im just thinking to ask my manager again what should i do ?
Can any HR/Manager confirm please as you all got info about hike/promotion
Just wait for a month .. don’t believe what manager says completely.. ultimately it is hr who decides based on their own criteria.
And what is HR's criteria?
As per rules not convenience. For promotion multiple candidates come into the bucket. If they can give for few they must be on top of that list. Like all required trainings, certifications client appreciation/feedback any awards, cross team help anything additional other than your daily work to bring them upfront. Never blame anyone especially ur manager if u think he is a good person because there will be lot of fish market fight to prove their candidate is best. It's our responsibility to give them options to talk. If he is bad manager no one can help so you know what to expect.
How do you know you got P1? Just because ur manager said, trust me ur manager would be saying the same thing to most of your teammates under him/her to just give hopes and to take good work from all of them. Because we are never part of talent discussions.
I agree because my manager said the same but through other sources I got to know he submitted someone else name,biased mf .they are a total 🐍 man.
Get an offer and resign.. if you are really required for the project they will promote you to retain
No one is going to give you prior confirmation
Are you level 10 looking to be promoted to lvl 9?
Same case with me my M has submitted again not sure these SM and useless HRs will approve or not
