Question to my fellow software engineers
I worked as a generative AI Engineer in a startup and got into it as a fresher and have recently switched to another startup as a backend + generative AI Engineer role. Both of these startups aren't indian and I noticed that a ton of companies here mainly focus on Java and don't even care about other technologies and this causes me problems while trying to switch.
My question to you guys is this I primarily worked with Python and in my new company I'm learning Golang right now. I wanted to ask if I should upskill in Java as well just to make myself more attractive to the Indian market. And, if yes can you please give me guidance about what I should learn?
I also worry if I'll be given a chance even if I don't have professional experience in it...

Python is pretty popular tech right now, so no need to switch to Java. In fact currently, Python along with some GenAI technology, gets much higher package than Java. But Golang is not that much in demand, so you can skip that.
