By this I mean from relationship to that promotion..how do u handle the negatives during the waiting period.. I mean we do all we can from our side but still something good to happen we need to wait a long period it's quite a challenge to stay motivated in the time :)

I know, but again I try to talk to myself and understand that life is like this only. You will not get anything when you require it most. But it will come to you one day and you will feel like this has no worth for me now.
