Hey Guys! So i resigned and got the HR acceptance email with my LWD details on it.
One; Do I need to reply with an I agree or I concur on it for documentation purposes.
Two ; Is that the absolute final LWD and is the company liable to that date? Can they change it later or something. The reason I am asking is because the calculation seems off. It doesn’t look correct.
Can I go ahead and confirm my new organisation that the date stated in the email will be my LWD.

- I think you are not required to reply because it seems to be acknowledgement from wipro side
- Since hr speak to your mgr and asks him/her to release from project a day before LWD. If he accepts only, hr will decide the date.
- You can show this mail as the LWD proof in your new organization or if you still looking for other opportunity

Date that reflects in system is accurate, can confirm with new company

If an employee avails earned leave during the notice period while already on the bench, can the last working day (LWD) be automatically adjusted based on the approved leave?

LWD is by default assigned by system?
