Hi all

To clear 2.5/week criteria do I need to go office every week 2 to 3 days or I can skip some weeks and cover that in coming weeks by making sure I will maintaining 2.5days / week in 3 months

I want know how it will be calculated. Because I go 2 weeks 5+5 days and next 2 weeks I won't go,
So my avarage will be 2.5days
But will they consider it or expect us to visit office every week?

people are not going for months if they are in project

this doesn't mean they dont want promotion right! as per RTO which ever the project, those who are supposed to goto office then they should. if they want promotion then 33 days in last month they have to maintain else no promotion.
these 33 days - whether they will consider only average of last 3 months or 3 days per week im not sure.
