Trending @Infosys; Question regarding Role Change Letter
The role change compensation letter I received today, effective from January 2025, is provided on top of my previous CTC. In February, I received the annual compensation change letter, also effective from January 2025. Will the annual compensation change percentage be applied in addition to the role change compensation ?
For me annual hike package not considered for giving promotion hike. They considered old package for this. But anyways it is around 41% IJP selection in Dec from JL5 to JL6.
Same case here. But still any idea whether annual hike will be addition in upcoming Salary or not?
I also received the same and it is on top of my previous CTC. It's very less salary hike. It's already revised in Feb based on our performance rating. Why are they not considered role change hike on current CTC.
