Question regarding policy

Can anybody working at Goregaon trill IT4 explain to me why the cafeteria has a rule to not take pictures inside the cafe? Because some of my colleagues got scolded by the guard, I understand that inside ODC any devices are not allowed, due to data privacy policy, but what’s in the cafeteria data to breach? Like we have to go on the ground floor for any kind of celebration. Also they always have turned on share market channels 24/7. I know it’s a good thing for traders. But at least have some sports channels, on 2 to 3 televisions out of your 9 to 10 televisions. Also want to include that can’t Trill4 provide a visitor gate access pass for newcomers for a limited period of time?? because those poor newcomers have to wait hours and hours until someone gives them access. Every time they have to ask someone. so they can use restrooms and cafeteria. I hope they will work on these things.
