Question regarding background checks
While joining TCS i had another offer but till then no offer from tcs. I joined earlier organisation but later found role was not similar they offered. I got offer from tcs and joined. Informed earlier organisation hr on call that I will not able to continue. Now in uan history for 2 months employment is showing. Will this effect my bgv in joining new organisation. This totally due to role they provided was not the same. I have only worked there for 4-5 days.
If it's not overlapping with any other company then it's fine. If your records are overlapping, i.e you have drawn PF from 2 company at a month, than surely it's a problem.
It recently happened with one of TCS employee.
You might need an affidavit and clarify the situation and clear your past record.
