Question: Pip process
I got pip initiated by corporate. I am at C1Y level.
I got d band without my fault as I was unallocated during the appraisal window so could not initiate appraisal, so without any formal evaluation and formal annual rating i received d band despite my 4 as the anniversary rating.
Now I am concerned about the pip, can I resign during pip. As there would be an assessment plus review. But for assessment I am not provided any idea like what the pattern is, when is the exam, dont have any information about that. So request you to please suggest me like what can be done as there is uncertainty for assessment. I am not scared of assessment just concerned about the 10 percent chances of this.

No, I was unallocated from Nov 2nd week to mid Feb , and appraisal window was open during my unallocated period. I was assured that since I haven't initiated band so I will not be getting band. But despite this also I got it. I got it when it was officially released to all. I did everything possible attempt to get it removed but no help received. So should I resign now before exam, and if I resign now so will there be notice period and still do I need to give pip assessment. I request honest answers please.
Ur salary will be deducted and there will be 3 month PIP process.. and u have to get above B grade else disciplinary action will be taken
But I am in project now so do they will make me serve 90 days
