I have got my manager's approval by mail, my DU leads approval by mail. I have told the HR, she said she has initiated the OIT but it takes 1 to 1.5 months to update. I don't know if that is true or a lie. Can anyone help with this ?

Update, I got the transfer, the hr was lying all along to delay as much as possible. We had to do the OIT without reimbursement

Hi. Can you let me know the process? If our PL and manager are okay with the OIT will we get the transfer? Or we need HR approval also?

HR is lying. It shudnt take that long. Keep pushing them.
