Question on variable pay

I have a question regarding variable pay, Situation: I joined TCS in August 2025, Anyhow I will not get a variable pay for this quarter JULY-SEPT, right?

If yes: It means I won't get variable pay for this quarter because i have not worked the whole quarter, Then I can WFH till Sept 2025 and follow WFO from October.

Else no: It means I will get a variable pay even though i joined in August, I should continue WFO and maintain 85% attendance to get variable pay

You will get variable pay for no. of days you worked, so keep 85% attendance.

Please be compliant on all aspects including RTO.. Weirdly people joined during or after Covid are most targeted due to silly things..

You get the VPA in Pro rata basis

It purely depends on your deployment index and RTO index. Deployment index is expected to be >85% and the RTO index is expected to be >60% at least.
