Question on promotion

Hii, I am a fresher joined tcs digital in 2022 as a systems engineer in C1 grade. i'm currently having 2.9 years of experience with the two A bands with 8 LPA.

1. When can I expect to be promoted to c2.
2. What would be the package if i got promoted?
